Generac 0C30250SRV Oil Pressure Switch Replacement Kit For Generac 0G6820/0C3025 Pressure Switches. Has 10 PSI oil pressure actuation. Switch is normally closed (N.C.) meaning when oil pressure is applied at 10 PSI or more, the switch will open and allow the generator to run. Has 1/4"-18 threads.
This kit has been updated again by Generac and will now include the newer style (smaller) oil pressure switch seen in the 2nd picture and 2 crimp on connectors for the spade style connectors the new pressure switch comes with to replace the older style 0C3025 Honeywell pressure switches.
This kit comes with 2 ring style terminals which much be crimped on in place of the 0G6820 sensor's push-on style connectors. The 0G6820 has been made obsolete and this kit is the current replacement. Should be installed using thread sealant (not included).
Use extreme caution when tightening this sensor into the block as the threads are tapered and will crack the block if over-tightened. This will result in the engine block needing replacement!
Generac replacement parts will also usually fit the following Generac branded generators: Honeywell, Guardian, Siemens, Carrier, Watchdog, Centurion, & Bryant.
