Gentek Power LLC will not be bound to any prices or descriptions posted in error. We will not responsible for obsolete, discontinued, or unavailable items, typographical errors, or website errors or malfunctions. We reserve the right to refuse service or fulfillment of an order for any reason. We may also request more information during an order, or request that an order’s shipping and billing address match for verification purposes.

Stock Information

 

Our site by default shows items ‘in stock’ that we sell. This does not guarantee stock of an item or shipping time to you, the customer. We make every attempt to keep stock of common and popular items, but we also drop ship many less common, or non-stock items. In most cases the manufacturer(s) do have these items in stock. If for some reason an item is not in stock at either our warehouse or the manufacturer, we will make every attempt to notify you of the delay. In some cases, this may not be possible since the manufacturer(s) may limit our information of their stock. In most cases Gentek Power LLC is not made aware of the manufacturer(s) stock and inventory information. If there are excessive delays for your order, you may choose to cancel the order before it ships. Please contact us for more information.

 

Pricing Information

 

We make every effort to keep the pricing on our website current. Pricing is constantly changing from the manufacturers and with the number of parts we carry, can be difficult to keep updated. If you spot a pricing error or have questions, please let us know. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for any reason, including pricing errors on our part. In some cases, items can change in price drastically overnight from the manufacturer and we cannot verify the price of the item until the time of the order. We are not notified from the manufacturer(s) regarding price changes in most cases. We will always make every effort to contact you and explain the situation. You will have the option to pay the difference in price or cancel the order at no cost to you. If we get no response within a reasonable amount of time, we will automatically cancel the order. We make no guarantees that placing an order won’t require further contact from Gentek Power LLC to you, the customer, to fulfill the order.
