We advertise free shipping on most orders over $49, but some areas or services may incur additional fees if shipments are outside of the 'normal' Ground shipping.
Some overweight items that may require freight shipping may also include extra charges for lift gate, residential delivery, short truck, and other special services. These fees will always be discussed before any shipments are made. You will always be given the option to cancel an order with special charges before the order is shipped. The price you see on the website may differ from the actual price you pay when adding extra shipping needs/services. 

Parts generally ship within 24 hours during normal business hours (M-F 8A-4P EST). If your order is placed during a holiday or over a weekend, we normally will ship, or make every attempt to ship, the next business day. A tracking email will be sent for most orders after the item ships. In some instances the shipping carrier may take 24 hours to update their tracking information.

In many cases we drop ship the parts you order directly from the manufacturer. This allows us to keep common & popular items in stock, while allowing the manufacturer to stock the less common items, keeping overhead down as well as your end cost. Drop shipment may take extra time (usually within 1-2 business days), so if you require faster service, please let us know BEFORE placing your order. We make every attempt to expedite shipping whenever possible. Faster shipping options are available at an extra cost. We quote expedited shipping on a per order basis. Shipping times cannot be guaranteed as we use 3rd party shipping services like UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc. Weather, natural disasters, and other factors may play a part on shipping delays as with any other service.

We only ship to the contiguous 48 US states. If you require special shipping services, please feel free to contact us and ask what can be done. We don’t ship internationally. If you wish to ship to a US based Freight Forwarder, you do so at your own risk and we accept no responsibility for the shipment after it reaches the Freight Forwarder.
